Save recipes from Claude

Connect Claude to Superwise and say “save this to Superwise”, and Claude saves the recipe to your recipes. Without a connection, copy the recipe into Superwise as text, or ask Claude for a Superwise save link.

How to do it

  1. 1

    Connect Claude to Superwise

Add Superwise as a custom connector in Claude's settings, sign in and choose Allow. Then say “save this to Superwise” and Claude saves the recipe to your space, marked with its name.

A connected assistant can also plan the recipe into your week and add to your shopping list.

    Copy it into Superwise

Copy the recipe from the Claude app on your phone, open Superwise, add a recipe and choose Text, then paste it. On a computer, copy it from claude.ai and do the same on superwise.recipes. Superwise sorts it into ingredients and steps for you to check before saving.

Reading text uses one of your imports.

Questions

How do I save a recipe from Claude?

Connect Claude to Superwise once, then ask it to save the recipe. Or copy the recipe from Claude, open Superwise, add a recipe, choose Text and paste it.

What can Claude do once it's connected?

Search and read your recipes, save new ones, add a photo to a recipe it saved, see your week plan and shopping list, put recipes on a day and add items to your list. It can't change or delete anything, and you can disconnect it at any time.

Does saving a Claude recipe use my imports?

Pasting it as text does, because Superwise reads it like any import. A save link doesn't, and nor does a connected assistant saving a recipe it wrote out.

Will Superwise fill in amounts Claude left out?

No. Superwise never adds an amount the recipe doesn't give, so an ingredient without one is saved as just the ingredient. A recipe Claude created is its own suggestion: check the amounts and cooking times before you cook.
