Support

Superwise turns recipes you find into a shared weekly plan and a shopping list your household can use together. If something is not working, or you need to reach us about your account or your data, this page is the way in.

Getting help with Superwise

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it involves a particular recipe or an import that went wrong, include the link you were importing from — that is usually enough to reproduce it.

You can also use Feedback in the iPhone or Android app. Check what the app will include before sending it.

Common questions

Superwise isn't in my share options

It's usually there, just off the end of the row. On iPhone, swipe to the end of the row of apps and tap More. On Android, tap More, or More options in some apps. Once you've found it, add it to your favourites and it will sit at the front every time. If it isn't in the full list either, check Superwise is installed and up to date, then restart your phone.

Put Superwise first in your share sheet

My recipe didn't import, or came out wrong

Superwise reads the recipe from the post's caption, or from the recipe page the post links to. If neither holds the recipe, there is nothing for it to read. When it can't find one, it says so, and it may offer a similar recipe from another site, clearly labelled as a different recipe and only saved if you tap it. If an import came out wrong, email us the link you shared. That is usually all we need to fix it.

How do I cancel Superwise Plus?

Apple or Google bills your subscription, so you cancel it with them. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. In Superwise, Home, then Account, then Manage subscription takes you to the same place. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Apple and Google handle refunds for anything bought through their stores, so we can't issue one ourselves. On iPhone, ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, ask Google Play from your order history.

I've subscribed, but Superwise still shows the free plan

Open Home, then Account, then Restore subscription, while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. If Plus still doesn't show, email us and we'll sort it out.

What happens to my recipes if I don't subscribe?

Nothing is deleted. After your free two months, five recipes stay unlocked, your favourites first. The rest stay in your library, locked, and open again if you subscribe.

I'm moving to a new phone

Install Superwise and sign in the same way as before. Your recipes, meal plan and shopping list are kept in your account, not on the phone, so they come with you.

Which phones does Superwise work on?

iPhones running iOS 26 or later, and Android phones running Android 8.0 or later.

Delete your Superwise account and data

In the Superwise app on iPhone or Android, open Home, then Account, then Delete account. If you own a space that other people use, the app asks you to hand it to one of them first. If you cannot access your account, email support@superwise.recipes from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you.

Deletion removes your account, your profile, your membership of any space, and the recipes, meal plans and shopping lists in a space only you use. You have 30 days to change your mind: signing back in during that time lets you restore the account. After that it is permanently erased. Content you added to a space shared with other people stays there for them, without your account or membership. Support and security records may be kept for longer where the law requires, and backups are overwritten as they cycle out.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Superwise Plus separately in your Apple or Google account.

What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Notice.

Reporting something serious

Use the same address to report unsafe content, misuse, a privacy concern, harmful conduct by someone in your space, or intellectual property infringement. For an IP complaint, put IP complaint in the subject line.

If we act against your content or your account, we will tell you what we did and why, and you can appeal by replying to that notice. The Terms of Use set out how that works.

Superwise is still being developed. If something looks wrong, tell us at support@superwise.recipes.
