Save recipes from ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini
Share the recipe from your assistant's app to Superwise, or paste it in, and Superwise reads it into a recipe for you to check. Or ask the assistant for a Superwise save link, which opens the recipe in Superwise ready to save. If your assistant can connect to Superwise, it can save recipes for you directly.
Four ways to save it
- 2
Ask for a Superwise save link
Ask the assistant: “Give me a Superwise save link for this recipe.” It writes a link that opens Superwise with the recipe filled in. Check it, change anything you like, and press Save. Nothing is saved until you do.
No connection needed, and it doesn't use an import. If the assistant doesn't know the format, ask it to read superwise.recipes/llms.txt first.
- 3
Connect your assistant
Add Superwise as a connector in an assistant that supports remote MCP connectors, such as Claude. Then say “save this to Superwise” and it saves the recipe for you, marked with the assistant's name.
It can also plan the recipe into your week and add to your shopping list.

Save the recipe page it found
If the assistant points you to a recipe on a website, open the page in Chrome on your computer and click Superwise for Chrome in the toolbar to save it.
Superwise for Chrome reads recipe web pages and social posts.

New to Superwise?
Superwise keeps your recipes, plans your week and makes one shopping list from it, shared with your household. Accounts are made in the app: download it free, then sign in with the same email on the web.
Questions
How do I save a recipe I made with ChatGPT?
In the ChatGPT app, copy the recipe or share the reply, and choose Superwise. Superwise reads it into a recipe you can check and save. Or ask ChatGPT for a Superwise save link and open it.
How do I save a recipe from Claude or Gemini?
The same way: share or paste it into Superwise, or ask for a Superwise save link. Claude can also connect to Superwise and save recipes for you directly.
What is a Superwise save link?
A link an assistant makes that opens the recipe in Superwise, ready for you to check and save. The recipe is carried in the part of the link after the #, which your browser never sends to a server. If you're signed out, you sign in first and the recipe is still there when you come back.
Does saving a recipe from an assistant use my imports?
Sharing or pasting the text does, because Superwise reads it like any import. A save link doesn't, and nor does a connected assistant saving a recipe it wrote out.
Will Superwise change the recipe?
A save link opens the recipe exactly as the assistant wrote it, for you to check, and a connected assistant's save is stored as it was sent. Superwise doesn't add amounts the recipe doesn't give. If a link doesn't match Superwise's format, it says what's wrong, and you can ask the assistant to try again. A recipe an assistant created is its own suggestion, so check it before you cook.
Building an assistant or an agent? The save link’s format is in llms.txt and in the developer notes.
